Don’t be confused, you are on the correct site. VCCA (Tas) has asked VCCA(Vic) to assist with processing the event on-line entries and payments. You may therefore notice the following:

Payments will be made to the VCCA(Vic) bank account
All monies will then be forwarded to VCCA(Tas) as they are received
Special Dietary Requirements
Much of our catering is supplied by local volunteer organisations.
This creates challenges regarding special dietary requirements and therefore we can only offer dietary restricted
meals where they are supplied by commercial kitchens i.e. The Welcome Function and the Rally Dinner.
To be clear; we are only able to provide special dietary meals as and where they are listed on this entry form.
Entry Process
Take your time and read through each instruction.
(If you have any trouble, contact our 24hour/7day helpline 0407 008 895 and Michael will step through it with you).
At each item, READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION then adjust the quantity required
and press “Add to Cart”
An item is only selected if you click “Add to Cart”.
If you do not need an item, simply move to the next item.
Clicking “Add to cart” a second time on a particular item will add that item again.
[Note: Mistakes are easily corrected at the next step (View Cart)]
Use your mouse to move to the next item.
Avoid using the Enter key as the system will think you are finished on that page and try to move to the next page
