The Itinerary (subject to change)

Friday

Registration:  From 12pm entrants can meet and collect their rally bag at the Euroa Community Cinema – (1B Bury Street).
Organised trailer parking is available at the Euroa showgrounds.  The gates will be locked each night for security.  Updates and further details will be shared closer to the date of the rally regarding access.

Shakedown Run:  Departing at 3.00pm, the shakedown tour has been deliberately designed to be a driving delight.   The roads are the most exquisite of choice, truly escalating your veteran vehicle experience.

Early Evening at the Movies:  Arrive back to Euroa for a dazzling evening at the movies.
From 4pm at the Euroa Community Cinema, walk the red carpet, be photographed by paparazzi, embrace your inner Hollywood,  become the next Errol Flynn or Marlene Deitrich!
For this blockbuster evening, we’re ‘Puttin on the Ritz’ and providing a select special screening of motion pictures to suit the fan base.

This is an exclusive event for the car club, and it will be – “Lights, Camera, & Action” all the way,  so don’t miss out.

Dinner:  Afterwards, dinner is an easy stroll or drive across the road to the superb eatery ‘Northern Republic’.  This is a perfect way to finish your Friday out.  Please note that this evening’s event is adequately timed, allowing veteran motorists to return in the romance of the sunset, back to their accommodations.

Saturday

Breakfast:  Priority parking is arranged along Kirkland Ave for the veteran cars, the Rotary club will have their BBQ on hand, and rally entrants can purchase a breakfast egg and bacon roll.  The Euroa Farmers Market will be set up in the park and there will be a chance to have a look around.  Departing from 9.30am, for small cars, the drive will travel at leisure out towards Murchison and circle into Nagambie for lunch.  The veteran members will be hosted by the Nagambie Historical Society, with museum entry and lunch included.

The Saturday afternoon drive is designed to be as pleasurable as the morning tour.  The veteran cars will enjoy long stretches of quiet roads, as we return back to Euroa.

Dinner:  Saturday evening is at the Seven Creeks Hotel. This is a charming building that was built in 1901.  A three course meal is planned around a relaxing and sociable evening.

Sunday

Morning Tea:  The morning meeting point is the VC Memorial Park, Kirkland Ave.  The planned tour will depart from 10am and take the scenic and tranquil roads via the small settlement of Ruffy.  The path chosen for today is truthfully recounted as gentle undulating country, with picturesque rises, accompanied with soft downward tilts, nothing too strenuous for the vigilant driver.

Lunch: The return to Euroa is timed for a country style lunch, wonderfully organised and hosted by the Euroa Historical Society, located at the Euroa Farmers Arms Hotel Museum, Kirkland Ave.
