2025 RACV Four & More Rally – Information

ENTRIES FOR THIS EVENT ARE NOW CLOSED

This year’s RACV Four & More Rally will be held in Nagambie, the heart of Victoria’s classic gold-mining country, but forget the gold; the real treasure here is the Goulburn River surrounded by leading wineries, fertile plains and sparkling waterways.

We have 4 days of driving, sightseeing, activities, and a few spare minutes for some (optional) winery visits.

We will visit working farms, wineries, antique stores and see the Goulburn River from all angles. With a mix of long and short drives, we will see everything this area has to offer.

Please bring your Club name badge to the rally (if you can’t find yours, please contact the Treasurer to arrange one).

The Itinerary (subject to change)

THURDAY

Total driving distance:  Approximately 60 kilometres
Registration:  Participants will be able to register on Thursday afternoon from 12noon to 2.00pm at the Nagambie Lakes Regatta Centre, 66 Loddings Lane, Nagambie (in front of the Discovery Parks Caravan Park) and at the welcome function on Thursday evening.  If you plan to arrive on Friday, please call Ben Alcock to arrange registration.
Shakedown Run:  The rally will commence at 2.30pm with a shakedown run of around 60 kilometres, starting from the Nagambie Lakes Regatta Centre
Welcome Function:  6pm nibbles and a Welcome BBQ at the Discovery Park.

FRIDAY

Total driving distance:  Approximately 100 kilometres.
Vehicle Display:  Nagambie town centre display.  Park from 8.30am in the main street of Nagambie.  Café and shops are available.
Morning Tea:  Following a 9.30am departure we drive to Avenel for a casual morning tea.
Lunch:  A sit down lunch in Seymour
Today is your chance to visit Fowles Wines, Mitchelton winery and Tahbilk Winery

Dinner:  (Optional) Nagambie Brewery -(at your cost)

SATURDAY

Total driving distance:  Approximately 140 kilometres.
Departure:  9.30am from High Street, Nagambie for a driving day with optional historic stops along the way, visiting a “closed to the public” property.
Morning tea and Lunch:  a sit down Morning Tea and a Casual lunch
Rally Dinner:  at the Nagambie Rowing Club

SUNDAY

Total driving distance:  Approximately 60 kilometres.
Departure:  9.30am from High Street, Nagambie
Morning tea:  Morning Tea and farm visit
Lunch:  In Nagambie at 12 noon sharp

Read this step by step guide and then Click on the link below to be taken to the Event Entry Form.

ITEM LIST

The Entry Form is essentially a shopping list of items that you add to your shopping cart.

At each line item, decide if you want to purchase. If you do, increase the quantity as you need and click “Add to Cart” to purchase.

Each time you click “Add to Cart” you add those items to your shopping cart. (If you accidentally double add you can adjust quantities of/delete items from the View Cart page.)

Work your way down the shopping list, selecting the items/activities you want and clicking Add to Cart.

Once you have selected all your items, THEN click on any of the View Cart buttons.

VIEW CART

Carefully check that you have the correct items, with the correct quantities on the list.
Delete any unwanted items using the red X button

Adjust quantities using the up/down arrows. If you use this page to adjust the quantities be sure to click the Update Cart button.

If you need to go back to the item list – Only use your Browser Back Arrow in the left side of your screen.

When you are happy, click on the Proceed to Checkout button

CHECKOUT SCREEN

You will then be asked for vehicle, driver/rider and passenger information including contact details and any dietary requirements. Complete these details.

Select your method of payment VISA/Mastercard, EFT or Cheque by clicking the appropriate button and note the instructions.

Click on Place Order and your entry is complete.

You will receive an email advising your Order Number and the details you submitted.
