2026 RACV Midwinter Rally – Information<\/h1>\n

ENTRIES FOR THIS EVENT ARE NOW OPEN<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

This year’s Midwinter will be run on the Bellarine Peninsula.\u00a0 Commencing with a Happy Hour on the Friday afternoon, the event will conclude with morning tea on the Sunday.<\/p>\n

The highly contested COLD START COMPETITION will be conducted on the Sunday morning allowing yet another hopeful to have his name added to the VCCA( Vic) history books.<\/p>\n

THE ITINERARY<\/span><\/h1>\n

FRIDAY 17th July:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>For those arriving on Friday afternoon, there will be a \u201cHappy Hour\u201d in the courtyard of Riverside Motel to welcome you to the event.\u00a0 Light refreshments and nibbles will be served.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SATURDAY18th July:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span>Saturday morning will be a drive around the Bellarine Peninsula of approximately 70km, to lunch at a winery overlooking the bay. The return journey, of about 35km, has an optional stop at a competitive activity (pay as you go on the day) that may earn you a prize! (105km in total)<\/p>\n

The Rally dinner will be held that evening at the Ocean Grove RSL.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SUNDAY 19th July:\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Sunday morning will see the annual Cold Start Competition, followed by a relaxed, scenic drive to have coffee and a bite to eat, at your own leisure, along Hesse St, Queenscliff. (PAYG)<\/p>\n

TRAILER PARKING<\/span><\/h1>\n

Riverside has limited parking available and therefore no trailers will be permitted to remain onsite. A nearby Club Member has generously offered to accommodate up to 15 trailers on his property. Additional trailer parking will available, however is a short drive away. Please advise upon entry whether you will require trailer parking to give us an idea of how many we need to cater for.<\/p>\n

On-line Event Entry (Instructions)<\/span><\/h1>\n

Read this step by step guide and then Click on the link to be taken to the Event Entry Form.<\/p>\n

ITEM LIST<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Entry Form is essentially a shopping list of items that you add to your shopping cart.<\/p>\n

At each line item, decide if you want to purchase. If you do, increase the quantity as you need and click \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d to purchase.<\/p>\n

Each time you click \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d you add those items to your shopping cart. (If you accidentally double add you can adjust quantities of\/delete items later from the View Cart page.)<\/p>\n

Work your way down the shopping list, selecting the items\/activities you want and clicking Add to Cart.<\/p>\n

Once you have selected all your items, THEN click on any of the View Cart buttons. Do not View Cart until you have finished selecting items<\/strong><\/p>\n

VIEW CART<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Carefully check that you have the correct items, with the correct quantities on the list.
Delete any unwanted items using the red X button<\/p>\n

Adjust quantities using the up\/down arrows. If you use this page to adjust the quantities be sure to click the Update Cart button.<\/p>\n

If you need to go back to the item list \u2013 Only use your Browser Back Arrow in the left side of your screen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you are happy, click on the Proceed to Checkout button<\/p>\n

CHECKOUT SCREEN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You will then be asked for vehicle, driver\/rider and passenger information including contact details and any dietary requirements. Complete these details.<\/p>\n

Select your method of payment VISA\/Mastercard or EFT by clicking the appropriate button and note the instructions.<\/p>\n

Click on Place Order and your entry is complete.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will receive an email advising your Order Number and the details you submitted.<\/p>\n
