2022 RACV Veteran Car Club Annual Rally – Information

Welcome to our 2022 Annual Rally, this year held in Warragul

This is a must attend event: three days of wonderful touring, all starting from Friday 4^th November.

An exciting opportunity exists and is made available to all members, to drive and tour your veteran vehicle through remarkable country side, designed to always arrive in an unrushed manner, at the tranquil towns of Jindivick, on Friday and Loch on Saturday.

The Annual Rally is the traditional ‘Heart ‘n Soul’ of the VCCA (Vic) and Warragul is without doubt the ‘Heart ‘n soul’ of Gippsland.

ACCOMMODATION

Please note you must book and pay for your own accommodation.  Be sure to check the accommodation cancellation policy before booking.

BOOK NOW so you don’t miss out!  PHONE the property directly and advise them you are attending the rally.
Do not use internet/website bookings.  The dates have been blanked out for us and will show as unavailable.

The rally starts at 12.30pm on Friday (November 4th) with a short run to Jindivik for lunch and concludes with a lunch on Sunday (November 6th)

The Itinerary (subject to change)

Friday

We will depart Drouin at 12.30pm for the 24km drive to Jindivick, arriving around 1pm at the Jindi Caf for lunch (at your cost.)

Friday dinner has been booked at the Warragul Railway Hotel for those interested (again, at your cost.)

Saturday

The Saturday tour is a spectacular journey along quiet Gippsland roads, driving via Korumburra and beyond. The scenery will bring enjoyment for all as the rally meanders through green rolling hills and passes by quaint old towns, These perfect conditions are purposely designed by your 2022 tour hosts, to enjoy and embrace with vigour, the thrill to tour this November in your Veteran vehicle.

Saturday night Dinner is at a wonderful Warragul venue. A two course meal  will be served and drinks available, all starting from 6pm.

Sunday 

Sunday morning offers entrants a relaxing start with options to order breakfast or coffees at the delightful Warragul cafe/restaurant – Frankies. The Sunday depart time is 10am and the morning tour is arranged to follow quiet country roads, in all 40 km’s of easy driving, arriving at the Sunday lunch stop – Parnassus. After lunch it is a very easy 5km drive to your parked trailer at Drouin or a 5km return into Warragul.
