Weerama Festival
18th March 2017 - 19th March 2017
Weerama is a local heritage festival running since 1978 next planned to be held 18-19th March 2017. The Saturday event will be in President’s Park in Wyndham Vale (12 – 8pm) and the Sunday event will be in Watton Street, Werribee (10am – 4pm). There are a number of different ways you can participate in this event:
(1) Marquee – You can book market stalls and food stalls on both March 18 and 19. It is free for community groups, and has minimal fee for businesses. You can complete online form at http://www.weerama.org.au/get-involved, or email applications form to stalls@weerama.org.au
(2) Parade – You can participate in iconic Weerama parade in Watton Street on Sunday. It is great opportunity to showcase your cars to community. Further details can be requested via an email to parade@weerama.org.au
